Back to the future
Hi everybody, we are here for a new Sunday blog, today I'm going to write about a topic that is much exploited by the cinematographic media, travelling both to the past and to the future. I personally prefer to travel to the past, to see with my own eyes some of the historical events that I have studied in the history of Chile and the world.
I would like to be a witness of events such as a spectacle in the Roman coliseum, a great general assembly in the agora of ancient Greece, a witness of the way of life in the Spanish colony in Peru, among many other relevant historical events.
On the other hand, in the future I would like to travel to the year in which in theory the world would end due to the effects of global warming, to know if technically I or my hypothetical children would be able to witness such an unfortunate event and take measures beforehand. I know it's a bit of a dramatic scenario but this is the world that awaits me so thank you... I guess...
After all that has been written, I would not like to live in the past or in the future as both are quite tragic, besides never getting the comfort that I currently have in the present.
Okei this is all for this week, see you in the next blog.
Oh i love the Greco-Roman culture
